Our pricelist’s currency is Euros subject to Portuguese VAT rates.
Outside of the EU import taxes/custom duties/other additional taxes might be charged to the customer.
You can choose from three secure payment methods: paypal, credit cards or bank transfer.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Within mainland Portugal, shipments may take 5 to 8 business days.
For abroad, delivery times are usually around 10 to 12 working days (for Europe) or 12 to 15 working days (for the rest of the world).

Personalized products delivered will add 3 working days to the standard delivery time.
Delivery guarantee
In the event of an order not reaching it’s final destination, CEPA Wine will take responsibility for reimbursing the customer for its full cost. If the delivery does not happen and the postman can’t notify the receiver through phone or email, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier. And if the order is returned to the sender after not being collected during the period of time allocated by the local post authorities, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the charges of a second delivery.
CEPA Wine ensures that your order is shipped to its destiny, but cannot be held responsible for any eventual additional custom’s taxes or product’s restrictions in some countries. It is the client’s responsibility to verify with their local authorities if any additional procedures are necessary.

Returns
To return or exchange articles you have 14 days, after payment. However, to be accepted, the article must be returned in good conditions, including the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returned items.
Before sending any returns, please send us an email to: mail@cepawine.com.
The return shipment is paid by the customer.
Please note that each one of our pieces is unique, so it will never be exactly equal like the ones you see on the photos.

CEPA is a registered brand, and Pedro Geraldes holds ownership of all intellectual property rights present on the website (cepawine.com) and all materials published therein, including across social media channels.
All associated rights are expressly reserved.
Unauthorized commercial use of any portion of the materials on the website is strictly prohibited without obtaining a license from us.
Failure to adhere to this directive will result in legal action being pursued.
Customization
CEPA may include the placement of a logo of brands or companies, in low relief*, in the area indicated in the image below. The engraving may include symbols, images or letters.

Format to be provided: the logo/text/image must be provided in vectorial format.
Minimum order: 10 units of the same wood or cork species.
Value: plus 4€ per unit.
